Patiala : FIR against Tipper Diver Owners in BIPS School Car accident case
A tragic road accident in Patiala, Punjab, claimed the lives of five children and the driver after a four-wheeler, carrying seven children, collided head-on with a tipper truck, as per the officials. The seventh child is in critical condition and has been admitted to the ICU of a hospital.
In an accident near Nassupur on the Samana road a tipper truck loaded with sand collided with a private vehicle carrying school students.
The impact was severe, causing the vehicle to hit a tree and resulting in the death of five students. Another student is battling for life in the hospital.
According to preliminary reports, the students of Bhupindra International Public School BIPS Patiala were returning home to Samana from their school in Patiala when the accident happened. The force of the collision was so intense that the front portion of the vehicle was severely crushed, requiring a crane to remove the bodies.
Meanwhile Patiala Police has registered the FIR against Tipper driver Bhupinder Singh owner Randhir Singh and Davinder Singh
