Patiala:PDA demolishes un-authorized colony in Village Dulladi of Nabha

Patiala, June 27:

The Patiala Development Authority (PDA) Patiala, took action against unauthorized colony developed in violation of the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995 in District Patiala.

CA PDA Manisha Rana informed that the un-authorized colony namely in Village Dulladi in Tehsil Nabha and District Patiala was demolished. She said that PDA clarified that strict action will be taken against any unauthorized colony developed in the jurisdiction of PDA, Patiala to safeguard the public investments in these colonies and to prevent unregulated development in district Patiala.

ACA PDA Jashandeep Kaur Gill said that in Addition to these, several notices have also been issued to other colonizers for developing unauthorized colonies and if they fail to respond or provide necessary documents during the notice period, similar action will be taken against them and FIRs (First Information Reports) will be registered under the relevant sections of the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995.
