Cabinet Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond conducts a review meeting, directs officers to complete developmental works in time

Chandigarh, December 29

In order to swiftly complete all the developmental works in time, Cabinet Minister for Rural development and Panchayat Tarunpreet Singh Sond today held a review meeting in Vikas Bhawan, SAS Nagar with the concerned officers pertaining to the developmental works of Rural Development and Panchayat department.

In this review meeting, Tarunpreet Singh Sond reviewed the developmental works of 3100 model playgrounds which are under construction. Apart from this, he also looked into the developmental works of 500 under construction Panchayat houses.

In addition, he also reviewed the developmental works of 1100 Anganwadi centres which are under construction. Moreover, Sond reviewed many other major and minor ongoing development works during the meeting.

Administrative Secretary Rural development and Panchayat Ajit Balaji Joshi, Joint Development Commissioner Shena Aggarwal, Member Punjab Development Commission Anurag Kundu, Director Rural development and Panchayat Uma Shankar Gupta and Chief Engineer Rural development and Panchayat Karanpal Singh Chahal were present during the meeting.
