CBI Registers FIR in Ankita Bhandari Murder Case
On the recommendation of the Uttarakhand government, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Section-2, has registered a case in the Ankita Bhandari murder case on the complaint of Padma awardee Dr. Anil Kumar Joshi, under Sections 238, 249 and 45 of the BNS, 2023.
Additional Superintendent of Police Prashant Srivastava of CBI Section-2, New Delhi, has been appointed as the Investigating Officer in the case.
