Holi Sneh Milan Samaroh Celebrated with Unity and Cultural Harmony at Desh Bhagat University
Mandi Gobindgarh, March 3: The Women Grievance Redressal Cell/Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), in collaboration with Hara Panjab Khara Samaj, NSS, and the Girls’ Hostel of Desh Bhagat University, organized a vibrant Holi Sneh Milan Samaroh at Mata Gujri Girls Hostel, filling the campus with colors of unity, joy, and cultural harmony.
The celebration was graced by Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh and Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur, who extended their warm wishes for a joyful and harmonious Holi. Addressing the gathering, the Hon’ble Chancellor described the university as a true symbol of “Mini India,” where students from Jammu & Kashmir to Kanyakumari live, study, and grow together in unity and brotherhood.
Dr. Precious Sheroan, Chairperson of the Women Grievance Redressal Cell/ICC, highlighted the powerful identity of women in society and their crucial role in nation-building, leadership, and social transformation.
The event was successfully organized under the guidance and dedicated efforts of Dr. Arti, Member Secretary, Women Grievance Redressal Cell & Faculty Incharge, along with faculty members and students whose teamwork ensured a memorable and well-coordinated program.
