Selected as Judge: World University Students have become inspiration for Youth

Two Students of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib from the University School of Law have been selected as judicial officers. Dr. Sunaina, In-charge of the Department while sharing the information said that Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma is selected as Additional District and Sessions judge in Himachal Pradesh and Ms. Khushdeep Kaur is selected as judicial officer in Punjab. Dr. Prit Pal Singh, Vice Chancellor of the University congratulated the students who have made the University and the Department proud. Dr. Singh said that such students motivate other judicial service aspirants to work hard to achieve their goals. Dr Paramjeet Singh, Head of the Department said that the Department is providing all the required facilities for academic excellence to the law students. He also assured that all the necessary help will be provided to law students in preparation of competitive exams in the future as well.

Dr. Sunaina further said that these students have always been very dedicated, focused and thus deserve the success that they have achieved. She added that the department is proud of them and is committed to produce more such talents in the future. She told that Mr. Sharma topped in written examination of Additional District and Sessions judge by securing the highest marks. He will join as ADJ in Shimla after training. It is noteworthy that Mr. Pankaj Sharma, ADJ is pursuing Ph.D. under Dr. Sunaina. She further mentioned that Ms. Khushdeep Kaur has been selected as judicial officer in Punjab and is under training in the Judicial Academy.
