Patiala MC inspector caught red handed taking bribe

A case FIR No. 17 dt. 10-10-2020 u/s 7, 7 (A), PC Act PS VB Patiala has been registered on the statement of Jaspreet Singh s/o Ram Singh R/O Patiala against Sunil Kumar Gulati Inspector Corporation Patiala and Rakesh Behal R/o Patiala.
Inspr. Gulati demanded bribe of Rs. 25000/- from the complainant for the opening of a seal on shutter of the shop of complainant at Tirpuri Town.
Mr. Gulati directed the complainant to hand over Rs 25000/- as bribe to Rakesh Behal a Shop keeper of model town Patiala. Vigilance Party caught red handed accused Rakesh Behal while accepting Rs. 25000/- who received bribe on the behalf of accused Mr Gulati. After the conversation of Rakesh Behal and Inspr. Gulati vigilance party also caught Inspr. Gulati. The investigation is going on and both the accused will be produced in the Court.
