Patiala News:Cleanliness campaign in Patran and Ghagga under Mission Clean Punjab

As per the directions of Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann and Local Government Minister Mr. Harjot Singh Bains, a special cleanliness drive was launched at various places today by the Municipal Council Patran and Nagar Panchayat Ghagga as part of the ten-day cleanliness campaign being run across the state.

Under the leadership of the President of Municipal Council Patran, Mr. Amritpal Singh, cleaning was done in the Main Bazaar, Service Road, Kahangarh Road and various markets. During this, the sanitation workers removed garbage from the roads and public places and improved the cleanliness system.

On this occasion, Sanitary Inspector Mr. Narinder Sharma, Mr. Anuvinder Singh, all MCs, all the staff of the Municipal Council and sanitation workers were present. Apart from this, CF Mr. Manpreet Singh and motivators Mr. Lovepreet Singh and Mr. Vishal Kumar also supported the cleanliness drive.

Similarly, Nagar Panchayat Ghagga under the leadership of President Mr. Mithu Singh and Executive Officer Mr. Baljinder Singh conducted a special cleaning drive at Hanuman Chowk, Gugga Mardi Road and Brahman Majra Road. During this, the area was cleaned and garbage was removed in a proper manner.

On this occasion, Mr. Manjit Singh, Motivator Mr. Kuldeep Singh, MC Mr. Amandeep Singh, Mr. Jaspal Singh, Mr. Surjit Ram Sharma, Mr. Bhupinder Singh, Mr. Darshan Singh along with all the MCs, the entire staff of Nagar Panchayat Ghagga and the sanitation workers were present.

Representatives of the Municipal Council Patran and Nagar Panchayat Ghagga appealed to the people to maintain cleanliness around them, throw garbage only at designated places and cooperate with sanitation workers so that the cities can be made clean and beautiful.
