Patiala News:Civil Surgeon holds meeting with all senior medical officers

Punjab government has advised the people of the state to go to government hospitals. To provide quality health facilities in To achieve the given goals within the stipulated time and To review the achievements of various health programs, Civil Surgeon Dr. Shaili Jaitley met all the Health Program Officers of the Civil Surgeon’s Office and the blocks and sub-divisions. A meeting of senior medical officers of division hospitals was held. Present in the meeting All senior medical officers were asked to periodically visit the health facilities under their jurisdiction. Make sure to visit the institutions so that the problems faced by the patients can be resolved quickly. Can go . Cleanliness of health institutions , necessary medicines and staff on duty on time Attendance on duty should also be checked during the duty hours. During this meeting, all health programs like Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme, Aam Aadmi Clinics were discussed. Related , Vaccination Program , De-Addiction Program , National Senior medical officers reviewed the achievements of health programs like Tuberculosis Control Program , Maternal and Child Health Program , Chief Minister Cancer Relief Fund , Every Friday Dengue and War, Family Planning Health Services, National Child Health Program etc. The officers were asked to effectively implement all the health programs being run by the health department and provide quality health services to the people on time. On this occasion, Dr. Ranjit Singh, Medical Officer, ART Center, Rajindra Hospital, Patiala, provided training to all senior medical officers on Capacity Building Session on HIV Act 2017. The HIV Act 2017 law has been made to protect the human rights of people living with HIV and to eliminate discrimination against them in the society.
