Punjab Government organizes special event dedicated to the 650th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji
A grand drone show was also organized in Nabha as part of the series of events being organized by the Punjab Government to commemorate the 650th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji.
On this occasion, the Sangat, which reached in thousands, including Nabha constituency MLA Gurdev Singh Dev Mann and Nagar Sudhar Trust Chairman Jasvir Singh Jassi Sohianwala, SDM APS Somal, thoroughly enjoyed this presentation with a unique blend of modern technology and spirituality.
During the drone show at the stadium of Government Ripudaman College, 500 drones created various mesmerizing shapes in the sky, effectively depicting the life, Bani and great ideology of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Ji. These shapes emerging in the sky adorned with lights mesmerized the congregation and made the event memorable.
Addressing the congregation on this occasion, MLA Gurdev Singh Dev Mann said that the teachings of Sri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji are still a source of inspiration for the entire humanity. Dev Mann thanked Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for taking initiatives like the drone show and said that it is the need of the hour to inspire the younger generation and children to follow the path of humanity, equality, labor and brotherhood shown by Guru Sahib.
On this occasion, Chairman Jassi Sohianwala said that the Bhagwant Mann government has made a unique effort to connect the congregation with the life, words and ideology of Sri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji through a drone show.
Jassi Sohianwala said that the event being organized by the Punjab government to commemorate the 650th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji is a commendable step to convey the great teachings of Guru Sahib to every household and connect the new generation with his life and ideology. Adding to the religious tone during the event, the Dhadi Jatha of Tarsem Singh Khetla performed vars in a loud voice.
