Patiala News:MLA Kohli launches pilgrimage bus for devotees to visit religious places

The bus carrying pilgrims from Patiala to visit the pilgrimage sites under the Chief Minister’s Pilgrimage Scheme run by the Punjab Government was flagged off today by MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli from Safabadi Gate. Constituency Coordinator Harvinderpal Singh Vinti was also present during this.

MLA Kohli said that this bus, which has left for the pilgrimage, will take visitors to the religious places of Haridwar and Rishikesh. He said that all the expenses related to the pilgrimage are being borne by the Punjab government and no amount is being charged from the pilgrims. He said that under this scheme, a large number of pilgrims have visited various pilgrimage places so far and people are continuously contacting the leaders of their area to take advantage of this pilgrimage.

The devotees were very excited as the bus departed. The devotees going on the yatra appreciated the initiative taken by the Punjab government and thanked Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli.

He said that through the Chief Minister’s Pilgrimage Scheme launched by the Punjab Government, people are getting a pleasant opportunity to visit various holy religious places of the country. MLA Kohli said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the state government is continuously working for the welfare of the people and providing them better facilities.

Finally, MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli extended his best wishes to all the pilgrims who have set off on the journey and wished them a pleasant and auspicious journey. On this occasion, the pilgrims also expressed their gratitude to the Punjab Government for this initiative.
