Patiala News: MLA Kohli raised the issue in the Vidhan Sabha for running the old bus stand.

– Instead of the new bus stand, buses should be operated from the old bus stand.

– People will be badly confused at three bus stops.

Patiala MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli has raised this major demand of the people of Patiala in the Vidhan Sabha today in a very concrete and strong manner regarding the operation of the old bus stand. Ajitpal Kohli has requested the Chief Minister and Local Body Minister of Punjab through the Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha to operate the old bus stand in the city for the betterment of Patiala city and its people.

MLA Ajitpal Singh Kohli said that our government has made the new bus stand operational in a very brilliant manner. Now 50 buses are to be operated, whose bus stand is being constructed at another new place. In this way, a third bus stand will be built in Patiala, which will further increase the inconvenience to the people.

Ajitpal Kohli said that the old bus stand was in the middle of the city. Small e-buses can be run here, which will roam around the city. Raising the issue in the Vidhan Sabha, he appealed to the Chief Minister and the local body to stop the work of the third bus stand and start it in the old bus stand of Patiala. All the e-buses should run here. They should come and stop here at night, this will benefit thousands of Patiala residents. The Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha, after listening to Ajitpal Singh Kohli, has told the Local Body Minister that this is a big issue of the people. This should be looked into immediately and the problems of the people should be solved.
