-ਪਿਛਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ 8 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਲਗਪਗ ਮੁੱਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਗੌੜੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾਂ ਅਟੈਚ

ਭਗੌੜੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸਖਤ ਰੁਖ ਅਪਣਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ ਅੱਠ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਅਚੱਲ ਸੰਪਤੀ ਅਟੈਚ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਗੌੜੇ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮਿਸਾਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਅਮਲ ਚ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਾਲ 21 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 16 ਭਗੌੜੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਚ ਸੱਤ ਕਰੋੜ ਨੜਿੰਨਵੇਂ ਲੱਖ ਚੌਂਤੀ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਅਚੱਲ ਸੰਪਤੀ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਅਟੈਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਭੰਨਤੋੜ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਰੋਕੂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਚ ਅਚੱਲ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦੀ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਕੁਰਕੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਐਸ ਐਸ ਪੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, ਵਿਕਰਮ ਜੀਤ ਦੁੱਗਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਲਗਭਗ 33 ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਥਾਣਾ ਘਨੌਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਬਲਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਮੁਖਤਿਆਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਡੰਡੋਆ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਉਸਦੀ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤਗਰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਲਈ 3/4 ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਭੰਨਤੋੜ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ (ਰੋਕਥਾਮ) ਐਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਿਤੀ 02.01.1988 ਨੂੰ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਘਨੌਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਕਤ ਫਰਾਰ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਭਗੌੜਾ ਕਰਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਸਰਦਾਇਕ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਧੀਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜੱਜ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਆ ਸੂਦ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ, ਉਸਦੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਡੰਡੋਆ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਥਿਤ 56 ਕਨਾਲ 01 ਮਰਲਾ (ਲਗਭਗ 7 ਏਕੜ) ਅਚੱਲ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਲਗਭਗ 2.15 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਕੁਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਸੁਣਾਏ ਗਏ। ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਸੀਆਰਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 83 ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਟੈਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਐਸਐਸਪੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਦੁੱਗਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗੌੜੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਆਤਮ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਕੁਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਮਲ ਚ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।

WAS BOOKED 33 YEARS AGO UNDER SECTION 3/4 TADA ACT

8 CRORES WORTH PROPERTIES ATTACHED DURING LAST THREE WEEKS

PATIALA, FEBRUARY 13:

Acting strictly against the fugitives and proclaimed offenders, District Police Patiala has set a benchmark by getting attached the immovable properties worth about Rs. 8 crores (Rs. 7 crore 99 lakh 34 thousand to be precise) of as many as 16 POs since 21st January this year.

Divulging the details about the recent attachment of the immovable property of a terrorist, SSP Patiala, Vikram Jeet Duggal said about 33 years ago, a case was booked at PS Ghanour against the escapee, Baldev Singh s/o Mukhtiar Singh R/o Dandoa, for his terror related activities u/s 3/4 Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, dated 02.01.1988

Efforts made by the Ghanour Police brought fruitful results in the form of getting him declared as a PO and an application was filed before the hon’ble court of Additional District and Session Judge, Smt Priya Sood to attach his immovable property i.e. 56 Kanal 01 Marla (Approximately 7 Acres) at Village Dandoa, which is worth around Rs 2.15 crore.

The hon’ble court has attached this property as per the proceedings u/s 83 of the CrPC

SSP said efforts are on to trace the fugitives in regard to various categories of offences and their properties are being identified for attachment in case they don’t surrender.
