Patiala News:500 drones engrave Guru Ravidass Ji’s spiritual legacy on the amber of Patiala

Late last night, 500 drones flew over Patiala beautifully depicting the spiritual legacy of Guru Ravidass Ji. As part of the series of events dedicated to the 650th Parkash Purb of Sri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji by the Punjab Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, a unique drone display at the old bus stand in Patiala urban area brought the congregation together with the life, teachings and hymns of Guru Ravidass Ji through a combination of spirituality and modern technology.

On this occasion, MLA Patiala Urban Ajitpal Singh Kohli, who arrived as a Sangat, said that the aim of the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann is not to limit the philosophy of Sri Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji to events only, but to make the thought of equality, labor, human dignity and a non-discriminatory society shown by him a part of public consciousness. Mayor Kundan Gogia, former chairman Shurjit Singh Ablowal, SC Wing Zone Incharge Amrik Singh Bangar and other leaders, all councilors and the Sangat of Patiala were present with him.

Ajitpal Singh Kohli said that the luminous figures emerging on the sky during the drone show presented a unique confluence of modern technology and spiritual heritage. Mayor Kundan Gogia said that this presentation became an effective medium to connect the new generation especially with the life, words and ideology of Guru Sahib.

On this occasion, the Dhadi Jatha of Shiromani Dhadi Des Raj Lachkani delighted the congregation with Dhadi songs related to the life and Bani of Guru Ravidass Maharaj Ji. SDM Gurdev Singh, youth leader Yuvraj Juneja, Devinder Singh Mikki, Ranjit Singh Chandok, Ravinderpal Singh Vinti, Gajjan Singh, Raj Kumar Mithariya, a large number of city residents and congregation were present on this occasion
