Patiala News:Mann government provided benefits of government schemes to people without discrimination: Gurlal Ghanaur

Under the ‘Maan De Munafye’ campaign, MLA Gurlal Ghanaur launched a door-to-door campaign from village Chappar.

Under the ‘Man De Munafye’ door-to-door campaign launched by the Aam Aadmi Party under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann from September 20, MLA of Ghanaur constituency Gurlal Ghanaur met people door to door in village Chappar. During this, he informed the people about the work done by the Punjab government in the last four and a half years and various public welfare schemes.

On this occasion, MLA Gurlal Ghanaur said that the purpose of the ‘Man De Munafye’ campaign is to directly inform the people about the government’s schemes and the benefits being provided to the common families through them. He said that the party’s booth level workers and volunteers will go door to door and directly contact the people.

The MLA said that during the ‘Man De Munafe’ campaign, people are being made aware of various schemes and facilities of the government. According to him, people are getting benefits in various ways through free domestic electricity, health services, Chief Minister’s Health Scheme, ration facilities, canal water, power supply for farmers, employment opportunities and other public welfare initiatives. Under this campaign launched in Punjab, the government and the party are presenting a figure of about Rs 1.82 lakh annually benefiting the common family through various schemes.

Gurlal Ghanaur said that it is the responsibility of the government to provide the benefits of government schemes to the people on the basis of merit. He claimed that the benefits of the facilities being run by the Mann government for different classes are being provided to the people without discrimination. He said that through door-to-door campaign, information regarding their problems and government facilities is also being taken by directly talking to the people.

He said that an important part of this campaign is to inform the people about the work done by the government in the fields of health, education, electricity, agriculture and public welfare during the last four and a half years. According to him, during the campaign, people are also being told what facilities are available to take advantage of government schemes.

MLA Gurlal Ghanaur said that direct contact with the people is important for the strengthening of democracy. He said that through the ‘Maan De Munafye’ campaign, the report card of the government’s work is being delivered door to door and discussions are being held with the people about the government’s policies and schemes.

He said that this campaign will continue to spread information about government schemes to the common people and make them aware of the facilities available to them.

MLA Gurlal Ghanaur said that the main purpose of the Mann government’s Mann Ke Munaf campaign today is to make people aware that there is a big difference between the traditional parties providing more facilities to the people during the 70 years and the Mann government’s four and a half years, due to which the general public is expressing their satisfaction with the Mann government again in 2027.

A large number of villagers, Panch Sarpanch and party office bearers were present on this occasion.
