DBGS Hosts CBSE Workshop on Use of Artificial Intelligence in Classrooms
Mandi Gobindgarh, January 17: Desh Bhagat Global School (DBGS) recently hosted a CBSE Capacity Building Programme on the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Classrooms, marking a significant step towards integrating emerging technologies in education. The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from educators keen to explore the transformative role of AI in teaching and learning.
The session was led by renowned educators Ms. Sonia Victor and Mr. Napoliyan Nelson, who shared valuable insights into the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in education.
The interactive session included hands-on experience with AI tools such as Google Teachable Machine, Magic Tools, Auto Draw, Kahoot, Adobe Firefly, Gamma, Khan Academy, Canva and Lumen 5.
Addressing the gathering, School Chairman Dr. Zora Singh and General Secretary Dr. Tajinder Kaur emphasized DBGS’s strong commitment to holistic development and continuous professional growth of educators.
The Principal Ms. Indu Sharma, along with the DBGS team, was widely appreciated for successfully organizing the insightful and forward-looking workshop.
