Passengers chant ‘Sachin, Sachin’ after spotting Tendulkar in flight
In a video that has gone viral on social media, Tendulkar, sitting in the front row of the aircraft with his wife Anjali, got up to acknowledge his fans and fellow passengers as they broke into “Sachin…Sachin” chants, reminiscent of the days when stadiums across the world buzzed with those chants whenever Tendulkar came out to bat or reached a milestone.
A smiling Tendulkar waived at his fans who had their mobile cameras out to click his picture. “Thank you,” said Tendulkar, before getting back to his seat
