Muslim community celebrates Guru Nanak Dev Ji Birthday in Patiala
The day is celebrated to mark the birth of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, who is the first Guru of the Sikhs and the founder of Sikhism. To celebrate the great Guru’s 553rd birth anniversary, Muslim community has portrayed the best example of communal harmony by not only coming forward but also by joining the celebrations by cutting cake to mark birthday of Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Anardana Chownk Patiala.
Sikhs around the globe are celebrating the birth (Parkash Divas) of Guru Nanak Dev, the founder of Sikh faith. In Patiala Muslim’s Brothers also celebrates and cut the cake of 553rd birthday of Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Anardana Chownk.
Muslims were seen distributing sweets at the event and joining the Sikh community in their celebrations. Lots of people attended the event where many people from Patiala were seen present
