The convoy of Bhagwant Mann’s vehicles stopped at a red light while going to meet the Governor at Raj Bhavan Chandigarh on Saturday. When his convoy stopped at the red light under Z-plus security, people said that it was the first time they had seen Bhagwant Mann, who was going to be sworn in as the Chief Minister, following the traffic rules.
