PSPCL&PSTCL Employees to give one day salary in Punjab CM Relief Fund
PSEB Engineers’ Association represents over 2000 Engineers from the rank of Assistant Engineers to Er.-in-Chief working in the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited & BBMB. The primary objective of the Association has been to strive for efficient service to the customers and bring about improvement in the working of the Power Sector.
Keeping in view the recent floods and devastation caused and as a responsible member of the society PSEB Engineers’ Association in its Executive meeting held on 16/7/2023, has decided that all members of PSEBEA working in PSPCL & PSTCL shall contribute one day’s salary (Basic pay plus DA) totaling about 50 Lac towards “Punjab Chief Minister Relief Fund” as a contribution of Association Members towards the flood relief efforts of Punjab Government.
PSEB ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਜ਼ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਪਾਵਰ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਅਤੇ BBMB ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਦੇ ਰੈਂਕ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇਰ-ਇਨ-ਚੀਫ਼ ਤੱਕ 2000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਕੁਸ਼ਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਵਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਹੈ।
ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਤੇ 16/7/2023 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰਨੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ PSEB ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਜ਼ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ PSPCL ਅਤੇ PSTCL ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ PSEBEA ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣਗੇ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਰਾਹਤ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ “ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਫੰਡ” ਲਈ ਕੁੱਲ 50 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ (ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਡੀ.ਏ.) ਦਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣਗੇ।
