Making a big announcement in the Assembly, Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal said that Jhajjar district will be made Police Commissionerate and Police Commissioner level officers will be appointed in Jhajjar. Four districts of NCR namely Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat and Jhajjar already have Police Commissionerate in the remaining three districts.
