Patiala News:Punjab girls win bronze medals in AM/NS Junior India Kho-Kho Championship

Upkar Singh Virk, General Secretary, Khokho Federation of India, said that the junior girls’ Khokho team of Punjab performed very well and won the bronze medal in the competitions held in Odisha (Puri) and brought glory to Punjab at the national level. In this championship, the players also received a prize of Rs. 30 thousand. 10 players from Patiala district played in this team of Punjab, they brought glory to the district at the national level. District Sports Officer Navjot Singh Dhaliwal and District Sports Coordinator Dr. Daljit Singh reached the Polo Ground and blessed the players. On this occasion, District Tournament Secretary Charanjit Singh Bhullar, Amaninder Singh Baba, Zonal Secretary Pati-1, Gurchand Singh, Sukhdeep Singh Coach, Vinod Kumar, Kamaldeep Singh Coach, Salim Khan and Press Incharge Jaswinder Singh were present.
