Patiala News:SIR’s Roll Observer Divisional Commissioner Vinay Bublani will visit the offices of Electoral Registration Officers in the Assembly constituencies on September 8 and 11.

-Roll observers will hear complaints from political parties or voters from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on every working day during the period of revision of voter lists.

Keeping in view the second phase of Special Intensive Revision by the Election Commission of India, the Roll Observer posted for Patiala district, Mr. Vinay Bublani, Commissioner of Patiala Division, is to visit the offices of Electoral Registration Officers in the Vidhan Sabha constituencies on 08th and 11th September 2026.

It is specifically informed by the Office of the Roll Observer that during the period of special in-depth revision of the electoral rolls, Divisional Commissioner Shri Vinay Bublani will be available on every working day from 4.00 PM to 5.00 PM (except on 08.09.2026 and 11.09.2026) to hear any complaint or take suggestions from political parties, general public/voters regarding this work. Apart from this, any complaint or suggestion can also be contacted on his office telephone number 0175-2970029.
During his visit to the offices of Electoral Registration Officers by Roll Observer-cum-Commissioner Patiala Division, Mr. Vinay Bublani, he said on 08th September
At 10:30 AM, SDM Office, Rajpura, Mini Secretariat, at 12:30 PM, SDM Office, Doodhansadhan, at 03:00 PM, SDM, Patiala, Office 1st Floor, Block-A, Mini Secretariat, Patiala. Similarly, on September 11, at 12:00 PM, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development) of Patiala Rural Constituency will visit the office of 3rd Floor, Block-A, Mini Secretariat, Patiala, at 01:00 PM, SDM, Nabha Office, at 02:30 PM, SDM Office Samana and at 04:00 PM, SDM, Office Patran in Shutrana Constituency will visit and take stock.
